About the Role


Our search has begun for a Product Marketing Specialist who simply loves a challenge!  Armed with two products fresh out of ‘start up’ phase, a new-to-market brand, a cluster of newly configured services and the world’s leading GIS tech – you will assume a key role within the Group’s marketing division.  Working alongside the Group CMO and Group Brand Manager, you will be tasked with leading efforts to build a world-class product marketing program – from the ground up.

This is a career defining role for an experienced product marketer looking to apply all they have learned in a high-performance environment, while being open to embracing new ways of thinking. We are looking for someone who has a strong technical aptitude, can learn quickly, and is accustomed to getting their hands dirty. 

This is a ‘plan the work – work the plan’ sort of role where you will be responsible for personally authoring everything from go-to-market campaign strategies to the collateral supporting the initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities: 


  • Design and deliver marketing plans, campaigns and projects aimed at driving adoption, launching new products, and expanding market-share and reach. 
  • Develop and deliver product positioning, collateral, and content to drive lead generation, trial conversions and adoption rates.
  • Establish frameworks for monitoring the competitive landscape, MROI, buyer behaviours, and the tactical effectiveness of program activities.
  • Drive within the lines. In other words, respect the legislation and group policies that govern our activities and keep us and our clients out of harm’s way.

About You 


We are looking for a truly talented individual, someone who is excited by the prospect of building something to become market-leading – from near scratch. 


  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in a high growth environment.
  • An accomplished writer – with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Degree in PR, communications, marketing, or relevant business subjects.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Highly proficient in: Microsoft Office, CRM and CMS technologies.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is/is not working.
  • Highly self-disciplined in managing competing workflows. 
  • Solid understanding of campaign and budget development.
